Convert File Into PDF Format

Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint is also known as Microsoft Office. It should be as it is what the office people mostly use to make letters, reports and so on. The challenge is sometimes when a report is fill with a huge number of picture, the size of the file tend to be big as well. When that happen, it would be difficult to send the report through email. It might tend longer time and most email have limited attachment capability.
So what do can you do to solve this problem? Actually it is easy. Just convert the file into .pdf format. In pdf format, the report will become lesser in size and attachment in the email would be done much easier and faster. Your report then can be send faster.
